Bio

John Greenham is a multiple Grammy award-winning mastering engineer from the south of England. He began playing guitar at age thirteen, and his interest in music production took hold largely due to the The Beach Boys' record 'Good Vibrations'. He decided to move to California for its music scene and artistic culture. Based in San Francisco at first, he played guitar and bass in a number of local bands. Greenham soon discovered that he preferred engineering to performance, and his career took a turn towards audio mastering. He got his start in mastering at The Rocket Lab in the late 1980s. Over the following years, he worked at a number of other Bay Area studios including Hyde St., Area 51, The Annex, and Coast Recorders. John moved to Los Angeles in 2012 to work at Infrasonic Sound, then set up his own studio at which he works independently. John Greenham has had the privilege of putting his finishing touches on projects by Billie Eilish, Finneas, Sam Smith, Mr. Hudson, Fink, Ice Cube, K.Flay, Beady Eye, and a variety of other top-tier artists.
