Grammy Award winner Jack Joseph Puig is renowned in professional circles as a platinum award wining record producer, inventor, technologist and outspoken advocate for high standards in professional and consumer audio. Mr Puig has a versatile and innovative approach in working with Rock, Urban, and Pop artist ranging from widely successful and varied career, having worked with blues legend Eric Clapton and John Mayer; with roots rock revisionists like The Black Crowes, Sheryl Crow and The Counting Crows; with pop superstars like The Goo Goo Dolls, Robbie Williams, Lady Gaga, Florence and the Machine, Common and The Pussycat Dolls; country artists like Keith Urban, Faith Hill, and Sugarland; indie heroes Chris Isaak, Jellyfish, Dinosaur Jr., Guided By Voices, Beck, as well as the Black Eyed Peas to Green Day, Toto, No Doubt, 311, U2, Weezer, Fiona Apple, Klaxons, Fergie, Mary J Blige, Panic at the Disco and The Rolling Stones.

Mr Puig's record executive experience as EVP at Geffen records and relationships with top artist, industry figures and as a developer of talent gives him a unique perspective on the intersection between the entertainment world, technology and consumer electronics. Known for his ability to merge the sounds of the past three decades to create something that is thoroughly modern, he combines the best of the old and the new using his unique, modified 90-input Focusrite desk in Studio A at Ocean Way studios. To keep pace with the ongoing and all-encompassing digital revolution, Puig has in recent years expanded his working methods. “The hybrid approach at Ocean Way is still a big part of what I do,” he says, “but there are some records that have primarily been made in the box that should remain in the box due to the sonic signature, perspective, colours and attitudes that a hybrid or pure analogue approach cannot deliver.”
