Bio

Justice is a French Grammy-winning electronic music duo consisting of Gaspard Augé and Xavier de Rosnay. The friends formed the project in 2003 while they were both studying graphic design. The band's debut album 'Cross' was released in June 2007 to critical acclaim. It was nominated for a Grammy award for Best Dance/Electronic Album, came in at #15 on Pitchfork's Top 50 Albums of 2007, and #18 on Blender's '25 Best Albums of 2007' list. It was also nominated for the 2007 Shortlist Prize, losing out to 'The Reminder' by Feist. In 2008, the band's remix of the MGMT song 'Electric Feel' won the Grammy award for Best Remixed Recording, Non-Classical. In 2018, the duo received the Best Dance/Electronic Album Grammy award for 'Woman Worldwide. Justice is widely revered for its unique sound that incorporates a strong rock and indie influence into the French electro-house music style.
