As office manager, you will work closely with the executive team to manage the administration and organization of the business. You will be responsible for basic financial operations, record keeping and day-to-day management tasks. The ideal candidate is someone who is neat, organized and versatile.

Tasks and responsibilities:

- Fluency in English and French is mandatory.

Job description
With a minimum of 3 years' higher education, you have a background in website development and are proficient in PHP (via Symfony) and CSS (via Tailwind).
You have a passion for music and/or music production, you speak and write perfectly in English and you have a taste for graphic design.
Reporting to General Management, your main tasks will be :
- Monitoring the development of the website and apps in collaboration with the service provider in charge of the project
- Facilitating exchanges between Maven's managers and graphic designers and the service provider
- In-house development of new features and improvements to existing features

Progression: eventually, you will have a major strategic role in the development of new products and will manage a team of in-house programmers.

Salary: €1,000.00 to €3,000.00 per month

Role Description
As an intern within our graphics department, you will work closely with the artistic director and marketing team to create visual assets for digital and print campaigns. 
Tasks and Responsibilities
- Create visual assets for communication campaigns across a variety of different media including web, video and still images
- Develop the brand’s visual identity
- Adapt layouts for different formats and platforms
- Edit and retouch photographs
- Participate in team meetings and creative brainstorming sessions
Your Profile
- Prior experience working in design, communications and/or other related roles
- Proficient using Adobe Design Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop)
- Comfortable using video editing and motion design software (After Effects, Premiere Pro)
- A strong sense of aesthetics and visual communication
- Independent, detail-focussed and adaptable
- Proficient in English
- Knowledge about the craft and culture of music production process is a plus

Your profile
  • Proficient working with Adobe Premiere Pro
  • Experience using Digital Audio Workstation software (ProTools, Ableton etc.)
  • A strong interest in the culture surrounding music and the audiovisual arts
  • A strong understanding of rhythm, aesthetics and visual language
  • Strong comprehension of written and spoken English
Tasks and responsibilities
- De-rush, synchronize and edit educational videos using Adobe Premiere
- Conceptualize new editorial proposals and editing directions
- Develop new creative assets for promotional videos
- Uphold the brand’s visual identity and style guidelines
- Experience using After Effects is a plus
- Experience in videography and photography is a plus
