Bio
Daniel Nigro is a critically acclaimed record producer and songwriter based in Los Angeles, by way of Long Island, NY. Nigro has worked closely with artists such as Caroline Polachek, Sky Ferreira, Chappell Roan and Olivia Rodrigo. He has collected various accolades across his career, including eight Grammy nominations, winning a Grammy Award for Best Pop Vocal Album for his production of Sour in 2022. Most recently, Daniel was honored alongside co-writer Olivia Rodrigo, as the 2024 ASCAP Pop Music Songwriters of the Year.
In 2023, Nigro formed Amusement Records, where he released Chappell Roan’s highly anticipated debut album, The Rise and Fall of a Midwest Princess, alongside Island Records. As of July 2024, the album has reached No. 5 on the Billboard Hot 200 and almost 1B streams worldwide, and growing exponentially. Roan's 2024 follow-up single “Good Luck, Babe!”, has already been dubbed the 2024 song of summer by many and currently sits in the top 10 position of Billboard’s Hot 100.
