Right at the end of Episode 2, Steve talks about not having his ‘cheat sheet’ to know the binauralisation settings of the objects. In your I/O setup in PT you can label each object with OFF/NEAR/MID/FAR so it’s all right in front of you. That’s how I have mine set up.
