About me
What began as a part-time gig became a full-time passion for Mixing Engineer Shane Grush, the founder of Grush Audio. The business started as a boutique music studio focused on writing and producing music for artists and has since expanded to include Dolby Atmos Mixing, Audio Post-Production, Live Sound Consulting, and Integration Services.
We have helped create nationally known artists, brands, advertising campaigns, and commercials, assisted houses of worship with their live sound experience, trained volunteers, and improved operations. Grush Audio does everything big music production companies do – with an added personal touch.

Shane is an experienced mixer who has been perfecting his craft for over eight years. He has learned from some of the industry's best, including Dave Pensado, Andy Wallace, and Grant Mohrman. As a passionate musician and obsessive audiophile, Shane's all about details. The mixing process is complex and demanding. For Shane, it's an enjoyable challenge. It's all about creating that perfect mix.

Hi Chazz, check out part #3 again. CLA is placing an AUX Send (Labeled Mix Send) before the Mix Buss (Labeled Mix Return). In Pro Tools, master fader inserts are post-fader (CLA just says "post"). By using an aux before the master, you can work around this. He mentions this, and how it doesn't make sense the way Avid has it -- @1:00 in part #3. I hope this helps!
