i’m here for 1 month now, the new video’s are more talking then showing how the song was made. I would love to see more technical breakdowns instead of stories (I feel connectec with the stories, but it’s not where I signed up for)

Hi Alex, thanks a lot for taking the time to share this, we really appreciate the honesty. Some of our recent releases lean more toward creative context and storytelling. We’re currently exploring different areas of record-making (including songwriting and artistic intent) because many members asked for that side of the process too. That said, the platform is still very heavy on technical breakdowns. I’d really encourage you to dig into the catalog — there are dozens of sessions with deep dives into mixing decisions, routing, plugins, automation, gain staging, and problem-solving at a very granular level. Also, if you’re looking for pure technical insight, you might really enjoy the upcoming live webinar with Tony Maserati on January 5. He mixed this track and will be going in depth on the technical choices, with plenty of room for detailed questions.

Wtf is everyone saying? I thought it was great. It’s about ideas, production, arrangements etc. Yeah all the stuff about people’s career is always a waste of time on this platform but still lots of great stuff in this video. These videos are frustrating to watch. The producer focuses on himself and his career instead of actually breaking down the song. A waste of time and money.

Waste of money and time with MWMT, 2 years ago you could actually learn something and the masters were giving real insight on record mixing and making, last period is all about about talking about nothing a subscriber can learn from.

@mixwiththe masters. Maybe go create another service called 'Produce with the Masters' then!? Because this recent run of self-romanticising career ramblings isn't really in line with what the title of your website is advertises. They'll be telling us where they got coffee near the studio next. The comments here are overwhelmingly negative. And this is not the case on other videos on here. I unsubscribed recently because of this.

For real, something had changed with this platform, soooo much talk and less hands in, even the talking is repetitive, as if nobody edited out parts where people simply repeat themselves. It’s been going on in the last few months , maybe you switched editors or content editors, but it’s really annoying

Got to say, I'm really disappointed again with this video! Another MWTM video less about mixing and more about backstories and anecdotes. Where are the dive-ins to demonstrating mixing techniques, doing a mix in real-time (for me - more hardware and out of the box mixing please) and why the use of certain pieces to achieve a required tone, control or vision. I am getting less and less from MWTM output now compared to several years ago. If this is the strategy for your videos moving forward, you may want to change your name to listen to a non gripping talk from the masters (even the masters bit is getting tenuous). As a long term paying subscriber, I expect more and I would suspect I'm not the only one. Please deliver what we are paying for - actual mixing demonstrations!

How to produce radio ready vocals huh? This is just yapping about how cool it is to be at the top. I dont really know what to think about this tbh. Literally 0 technical help, what plugins, how to mix vocals, nothing. Only thing what had worth was the 808 hes using "yup this is the 808" but cannot even say what library or where to get it... good reminder why I cancelled my subscription last time.
