Bio

Ian Fitchuk is a Grammy Award-winning producer, songwriter, multi-instrumentalist and composer. He is a beloved figure in the Nashville music scene, known as much for his skill as his warm, open-minded, and infinitely likable personality.

Ian moved to Nashville in 2000 to study jazz piano at Belmont University but was quickly recruited by a local jam band to go out on the road. The opportunity to see the country and get paid playing music was all the encouragement Ian needed. A subsequent studio collaboration with Griffin House, then an upcoming artist, launched his career as professional musician.

Presently his studio work ranges from singer-songwriter and americana, to pop, rock, country music and the occasional gospel track. He has written and produced records with Kacey Musgraves, Maggie Rogers, Leon Bridges, Maren Morris, James Bay, Beyoncé, Kesha, Shania Twain, Shawn Mendes, Edward Sharpe & The Magnetic Zeros, Amy Grant, Jake Bugg and many more.

Ian shared the 2019 GRAMMY® for Album of the Year for his work on Kacey Musgraves’ Golden Hour, which also won the Best Country Album GRAMMY®. In 2024, he was nominated for highly esteemed Producer of the Year award, as we
