About me
Hey, I'm DANS TUNES. I'm a producer, songwriter and a guitarist. At home in Stuttgart, Germany, travelling the world, I'm writing and producing music in various genres with a focus on pop music.
The song title "Music was my first love" by John Miles suits me perfectly. My first instrument I have learned was Violin at the age of 7. When I was 14, I realized that my passion was actually for a completely different instrument – the guitar. At this time I started to teach myself the guitar as an autodidact. I first learnt to play electric guitar and in the following years learned to play classical guitar as well as jazz and rock at a Jazz and Rock Academy Germany.
Not only do I play most of the instruments in my productions myself, I compose, arrange, produce and mix everything.

I am delighted to be able to listen to Hans Zimmer. But I am also honest. I am a musician with several years of practical experience. I would have liked these videos with Hans Zimmer to go into more depth, for example, to analyse one of his pieces of music and for him to take us with him into his work process. He has given many such interviews in the past – also available for free on YouTube. I would have liked a little more added value, especially from MWTM. I can only assume that he declined and that's why the videos only scratch the surface.
