    I absolutely rejoice in the fact that Shawn (by his own repeated admittance) completely clusterfucks the mix and distorts and "screws it up" only to end up with the most pristine and beautiful result. This only goes to show how much more the sum is more than its parts and how harmonics and blending contribute to the picture. I love every bit of this. And Shawn, if you are reading this, you may doubt some of your mixing decisions but your grammy was more than deserved. This is the opposite of textbook mixing and I believe that this is the key. I bow to you.
