What an absolutely lovely man Andy is. So generous and such a gentleman. I love that he does so much by feel and by just using his ears and instincts rather than from a strictly technical approach. This track is one of my favourite ever songs and definitely favourite performance of it. Watching this gave me goose bumps.

I love it when the mixers are so clearly moved by the song they're working on. It's important for me to remember that this is a collaborative art and being so connected to the artist and the song is a gift. This whole series is magic.

He doesn't seem too fussed by the plugin reverbs and maybe it's because we are so use to the original but those real reverbs and the right performance take the track to another level.

Fabulous. Andy is just such a professional mind and talent. That real plate sounds absolutely lovely. Not knocking Valhalla, but seriously.. no contest. Almost like the plate is swimming with delay lines as well. Can't wait for Last Goodbye. Tease.

That was the only part where I was scratching my head, but I don't think it was because of the Valhalla. It just seemed like a completely different sound was dialed in on the plugins vs the original plate.
