THE COMPANY

Mix With The Masters is a learning platform for music production and audio engineering. Founded in 2010, it brings together an international community of musicians, producers and engineers around two activities: a subscription giving access to a library of filmed sessions with world-renowned Masters, and in-person training including residential seminars, masterclasses and international summits.

Our audience is largely international, spread across communities of musicians, producers and engineers all around the globe. The team is around fifteen people, organised into five units reporting to the founders: Growth & Revenue, Brand & Community, Creative, Video Production and Product.

It is a company where new ideas travel fast. You will have real room to develop new projects, test new formats and bring fresh thinking to an industry you care about, with a direct line to the founders and to an audience of serious practitioners.

THE MISSION

- Own the subscription economics: grow revenue per subscriber and customer lifetime value, while keeping acquisition efficient and within budget.
- This is a senior role and a hands-on one. You set the strategy and stay close to the execution, with solid experience of subscription business models as a key element. You work in close collaboration with the Brand & Community Director and the Product Lead, and lead your own team day to day.
- The role is newly created as we organise the company for its next phase of growth, bringing subscription economics together under a single owner.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Acquisition

- Define the paid and organic acquisition strategy: Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok, Display, affiliate.
- Decide the channel mix, approve creative and give campaigns the go-ahead. You hold full authority on all three.
- Oversee execution, delivered together with our external partners.
- Identify and test new growth levers.

CRM, lifecycle and retention

- Design and run the CRM strategy: onboarding, segmentation, upsell, cross-sell, retention.
- Oversee workflows, automations and activation funnels.
- Track and improve activation, engagement, churn and customer lifetime value.

Pricing and offers

- Build and evolve the subscription offers and pricing policy.

Measurement and data

- Build a solid data warehouse on top of the trackers and dashboards already in place, so the business works from one reliable source of truth.
- Build trust in the numbers: consistent definitions, clean attribution and end-to-end funnel visibility, from reach to conversion.
- Challenge the KPIs we track today and sharpen them into decision-making tools that grow the platform.
- Steer the tracking roadmap with Product, which owns the technical implementation.
- Grow a data-driven culture across the team.

Commercial partnerships

- Develop the pipeline, negotiate and manage partnerships. Deals carrying the MWTM name in co-branding are subject to brand approval.

Team and budget

- Lead a team made up of a CRM Marketing Manager, a coordinator and a Partnerships Manager, supported by external partners on acquisition.
- Help your people grow and thrive: coaching, clear priorities and the space to do their best work are part of the mission, not a side effect.
- Propose the split of the marketing budget between branding and performance, arbitrated quarterly with the founders.

Reporting and metrics

- You report weekly on activity and results, with a monthly review of the strategic metrics.
- Metrics: average revenue per user, customer lifetime value, customer acquisition cost, churn, monthly recurring revenue.

WORKING TOGETHER

- Brand & Community: your closest partner day to day. The unit owns brand, positioning and editorial direction. You work freely within that frame, with dedicated space each quarter in the editorial calendar and in email. Together, you track what brand and owned channels contribute to acquisition and retention.
- Product: close collaboration with the Product Lead on tracking implementation, data infrastructure and the website and app roadmap.
- Creative: production of performance assets, within the brand guidelines.

OUT OF SCOPE

To keep things clear: the brand platform and positioning, the community, the international development of the seminars and their revenue, editorial direction and video production sit with other units.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

- Ten years or more in digital marketing, growth or revenue, including proven experience of a subscription model, a key element for this role.
- Hands-on command of both paid acquisition and CRM, and the strategic judgement to arbitrate between them.
- Genuine fluency with data: you can build a measurement framework, not only read a dashboard.
- Experience leading a team and helping people grow, as well as working with external partners.
- Fluent English is essential given the international audience. Working French is useful but not required.
- Knowledge of the music or creative industries is a plus, not a requirement.

TERMS

- Permanent contract.
- 39-hour weekly arrangement, including 4 overtime hours.
- Four-month probation period.
- Based in Paris 20e.

We are looking for a motivated and creative Video Editor to join our team full-time. You will participate in the production and editing of video content, actively contributing to its style and visual impact.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- De-rush, synchronize, and edit educational videos using Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Conceptualize and propose new editorial and creative directions for our videos.
- Develop creative content for promotional videos and social media.
- Collaborate with the creative team to ensure high-quality final output.
- Participate in video shooting and photography.

PROFILE
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Degree in post-production, video editing, or equivalent training.
- Artistic sensitivity and interest in music culture and visual arts.
- Good understanding of rhythm, aesthetics, and visual language.
- Excellent written and spoken English (French is a plus).
- Autonomous, reliable, proactive, and detail-oriented.

PLUS
- Experience with educational, documentary, or promotional formats.
- Solid understanding of the music industry.
- Experience with DAW software (Pro Tools, Ableton, etc.) is a plus.
- Skills in motion design or VFX using After Effects.
- Experience in videography and photography.
- Video color grading skills.
- Photo retouching skills.

WE OFFER
- A full-time position within a passionate and creative team.
- The opportunity to work on unique and inspiring content in the music industry.
- A collaborative environment that fosters creativity and skill development.

BENEFITS
- Daily transport coverage
- Meal vouchers
- Daytime schedule, Monday to Friday
