Responsibilities
•⁠  ⁠Ensure optimal conditions for welcoming artists

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Strategy & Leadership

  • Track and improve key lifecycle metrics (activation, engagement, churn, LTV).

5. Analytics & Reporting

Experience & Skills

  • Proficiency in acquisition, communication, CRM, branding, and analytics best practices.

– Plan logistics including travel, accommodation, catering, and equipment for instructors and participants
– Act as the on-site lead during events, managing schedules and troubleshooting issues if need arrives in real time
– Serve as one of the primary contact for artists, studios, partners, and attendees before and during each event
– Where needed, collaborate with the content and production teams to ensure seamless integration of media capture during sessions
– Maintain and improve internal tools and documentation for event processes and planning

Required Skills

– Event Planning: Strong background in international event coordination (creative, corporate, or educational settings)
